Option 1. Half Day Tour

9:00 Drive to Terelj National Park
11:00 Attend "King of the kings" horsemen show. Mongols are known worldwide as good horse riders who learn to ride a horse from 3-4 years old. The first half of the show displays various horse-riding skills of Mongols, while the second half shows Chinggis Khaan's (Genghis Khan) history of ascending to the throne and ultimate power.** (see note)
12:30 Have a lunch at the ger camp
13:30 Explore the surrounding area including famous giant Turtle rock and visit Ariyabal monastery located at the picturesque mountain foothill which is believed to be the place with good energetics, therefore, is used for meditations.
16:30 Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Free time - optional shopping (cashmere products etc.)

15:00 Drive to the Chinggis Khaan's statue.
15:45 Visit the Chinggis Khaan's statue - the largest equestrian statue in the world. Climb to the top of the statue to enjoy the bird-eye view of the Mongolian vast steppe. The statue complex also holds a small museum with rich findings from bronze age or the Hunnu empire that existed in the current territory of Mongolia in 3rd century BC and some artifacts from 13-14th century AD.
17:30 Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Free time - optional shopping (cashmere products etc.)
